Joe has been in Real Estate for 27 plus years and has been the Broker/Owner of First Choice Realty of Ohio since 2008. Joe enjoys helping people find and acquire Real Estate whether it be residential property, second home or Commercial Property. Joe is very active in the Real Estate industry. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

Born in Canada, Nicole and her family moved to Ohio when she was a child.  She has spent most of her life in Clinton County and chose to stay and raise her own family there as well.    She has worked with the public and in customer service for 15 years and recently decided to pursue her long-time passion for Real Estate.   While Nicole is a new agent looking for the opportunity to help people buy and sell their home.  Clients will appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills coupled with her ability to accurately price and market a home.
